Area Schools
The Woodlands schools are some of the highest rated public schools in Texas.
The Woodlands schools are located in the Montgomery County, and are part
of the Conroe Independent School District (CISD). If you would like to

has 10 area schools for first grade through sixth grade. The Woodlands
Knox and Branch Crossing Junior High Schools provides a campus environment for
seventh, eighth, and ninth grades. The Woodlands High School is a national
“Blue Ribbon” school acknowledged by the U.S. Department of Education for
exemplary performance.
The Texas Education
Agency is the governing body over all Texas schools. The TEA reports on
all Texas schools on an annual basis. Two of the main reports are the
'Accountability Report' (AR) and the 'Academic Excellence Indicator System' (AEIS).
